Three things that help us help you.
With these, we can usually answer in one reply instead of three.
-
Your versions
WordPress, WooCommerce and Upcase versions, from Plugins or WooCommerce → Status.
-
What's waiting
Go to WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions, search for upcase, and tell us about anything pending or failed.
-
The log
Under WooCommerce → Status → Logs, choose the source upcase and attach the latest file.
Cases take a while to appear in ClickUp.
Cases are made by background jobs, which run on WP-Cron. WP-Cron only runs when someone visits your site, so a quiet store can be slow. Ask your host to run a real cron job every minute that visits your site's wp-cron.php.
Statuses on my orders don't change.
Check the webhook line on the Advanced tab. Webhooks need your site to be reachable over public HTTPS; without them, statuses refresh every hour.
A list I need isn't showing.
ClickUp doesn't show lists inside nested folders to other apps. Paste the list's link into Add list on the Connection tab.
A custom field isn't being filled.
Check the field's name matches an order detail, such as Order Number or Delivery address. If you use custom task types, make sure the field is switched on for that type. Anything ClickUp refused is listed in the order note.
I've moved my shop to a new domain.
Reissue your licence from your client area, then click Activate on the new site's Connection tab.
