Features
A help desk inside every WooCommerce order.
Upcase keeps the case where the problem is. Open it from the order, fill it from the order, and see it on the order until it's sorted. Your team keeps working in ClickUp.
Order panel
Every case for the order and the customer, in one box.
The ClickUp cases box sits beside the order. It shows who the customer is and every case linked to this order or to them, so you know the history before you reply.
- The customer at a glanceCustomer since, number of orders and lifetime spend.
- Grouped by categoryFilter chips with counts: refunds, reshipments, general help, and "Other" for the rest.
- Status and assigneeStraight from ClickUp, kept up to date as your team works.
- Link or unlinkAttach a task you already have. Unlinking never touches the task in ClickUp.
Case form
Open a case in the time it takes to describe it.
Write what it's about, pick a category and press Open case. The case is created in the background while you get on with the reply.
- Category shortcutsOne button per category, each filing into its own list with its own template.
- Your favourite listEach person can star the list they use most, and it's ready next time.
- Paste, drop or browsePaste a screenshot straight in with Ctrl+V or ⌘V. Files upload as task attachments.
- Template or blankUses the category's ClickUp template by default. Switch it off for a plain task.
Categories, templates and presets
Set up each kind of case once.
A category is an emoji, a name and a colour, plus the ClickUp lists it covers. A task belongs to the category of the list it sits in, so cases sort themselves on the order screen.
- A ClickUp template per categoryChecklists, subtasks and layout come from the template. The order details go under its description.
- A default assigneeReshipments go to whoever packs parcels; refunds to whoever handles money.
- A preset for its custom fieldsYour own words mixed with order details, filled in on every new case.
- Drag to reorder, hide without deletingKeep the case form tidy for your team.

Custom fields
Name a field after an order detail, and it fills itself.
Custom fields are optional. Cases are linked to orders inside WordPress, so nothing depends on them. If your lists do have fields, Upcase matches them by name, ignoring case and punctuation, and fills them when the case is created.
- Phone numbers ClickUp acceptsThe country code comes from the billing country, so 07700 900123 becomes +44 7700 900123.
- Tracking from your shipping pluginReads WooCommerce Shipment Tracking and Advanced Shipment Tracking. Developers can add others with a filter.
- Told, not guessedAnything ClickUp refuses is listed in the order note, and the settings flag fields your task types don't have.

Status actions Pro Beta
When the task moves in ClickUp, WooCommerce does the work.
Choose a ClickUp status for a category and what it should do. Your team never has to leave ClickUp to finish a reshipment.
- Create a replacement orderSame customer, address, items and delivery method, at £0.
- Complete it with trackingTakes the task's Tracking number and Carrier, completes the order, and WooCommerce emails the customer.
- Once per case, and it can pick up where it stoppedMove the task back and forth all you like. If something fails halfway, the retry finishes the job without making a second order.
- A paper trailBoth orders are noted with who moved the task, and the task gets a comment and its Replacement order field.
When the task changes in ClickUp
BetaMoving a case's task to a status can do something in WooCommerce. Each action runs once per case.

Live updates and history
Nobody has to go and check ClickUp.
Upcase listens to ClickUp. When a task's status or assignee changes, the order shows it within seconds, and a private note records it. If your site can't receive webhooks, statuses refresh every hour instead.
- A Cases column on the orders listColoured by category, so open cases stand out.
- Case history on the customer's profileEvery case they've ever had, across all their orders.
- Private order notesOpened, linked, unlinked and status changes, with who did it. Switch them off if you'd rather not.

Reliability
Careful with your store, patient with ClickUp.
Cases are created by background jobs, so saving an order or opening a case never waits on ClickUp. When ClickUp asks us to slow down, Upcase waits for exactly as long as it says.
- Retries without duplicatesIf a request fails halfway, the retry finds what was already made and carries on.
- Clear reasons, one-click retryIf something's wrong, like a deleted list, the case says why and offers a Retry button.
- Licence problems don't touch ordersIf a licence lapses or can't be checked, existing cases keep working. Only opening new ones pauses.
- HPOS and legacy storageBuilt on WooCommerce's order APIs, tested on both storage modes.
Press Open case. The order screen is ready again straight away.
Creates the task, fills the fields, uploads attachments, links the order and adds a note.
Waits until ClickUp's limit resets, then carries on from where it stopped.
Shows the case, its status and who's on it.
Privacy and security
Your customers' data goes to ClickUp, and nowhere else.
The plugin runs on your server and talks to ClickUp directly. We never see order or customer details.
- Licence checks send only what they needYour licence key and site address, plus the plugin, PHP and language versions when looking for updates.
- Connect ClickUp, safelySigning in passes through our server once. The token is held encrypted for at most ten minutes, and only your site can collect it.
- Or keep the token in wp-config.phpUse a personal ClickUp token defined in wp-config.php, so it never sits in the database.
- Only shop managersEvery screen and action checks for permission to manage WooCommerce.
Orders, customers and cases stay in your WordPress database.
Receives the case: the details you type and the order fields you've chosen to fill.
Receives your licence key, site address and version numbers, to check your licence and offer updates.
Why not an automation?
Order-to-task automations make tasks. Upcase makes cases.
Tools that turn every order into a task are great for fulfilment. Customer service needs the opposite: a case only when something goes wrong, and everything about it on the order.
A typical order-to-task automation
- A task for every order, whether it needs one or not
- One-way: nothing comes back to the order
- Field mapping built by hand, per workflow
- Priced per task or per run
Upcase
- A case when someone opens one, in the right list
- Statuses, notes and history back on the order
- Fields fill themselves by name, with presets per category
- One yearly price per store, however many cases
Cases in your inbox, too.
An email sidebar for Missive and Gmail shows the customer's latest order and every linked case beside their email. Open a case, link the conversation, or look up an order by number without leaving the thread.
