14 days, full refund
Ask within 14 days of paying for a new plan, an upgrade or a renewal, and we'll refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to know what we could do better.
Start with the free trial if you can. It's 14 days of every Pro feature, and there's nothing to refund.
How to ask
Open a ticket from your client area, or email support@upcase.example from the address on your account, with the invoice number.
What happens next
- We refund the payment to the card or account you paid with. It usually shows within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
- For a new plan or a renewal, the licence is cancelled. The plugin keeps your store working, as described in our terms: existing cases stay linked, and opening new cases stops.
- For an upgrade, your licence goes back to the plan you had before.
After 14 days
After 14 days, payments aren't normally refundable, but you can turn off renewal at any time and your plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for. If something has gone wrong on our side, tell us; we'll always be reasonable.
Your legal rights
If you're buying as a consumer, you also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a remedy if digital content isn't as described or of satisfactory quality. This policy doesn't affect them.
