How does the free trial work?
Create an account and start the trial. You get a licence key straight away with every Pro feature for 14 days, and no card is needed. When it ends, choose a plan. Your categories, cases and links are all kept.
What happens at the end of my year?
Your licence renews for another year unless you turn renewal off in your client area. If it lapses, nothing on your store breaks: everything you've set up stays and existing cases stay linked. Opening new cases pauses until you renew.
Do staging sites need their own licence?
No. Sites on addresses like staging., .local or .test, or with WordPress set to a staging environment, unlock everything without using your licence. They don't download updates themselves, so update them by copying from your live site.
I'm moving my store to a new domain.
Reissue your licence from your client area, then activate the same key on the new site.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Pro?
Yes, at any time from your client area. You pay the difference for the rest of your year, and Pro features switch on at the next licence check or when you click Activate again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Upcase isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you in full. See the refund policy.
