- Email sidebar for Missive and Gmail (Pro): the customer's latest order and linked cases beside their email, with "Link this conversation" and order lookup by number.
- Reshipments: choose the replacement order's status, such as Draft for a final check before it goes out.
- Reshipments: pick which items to resend, or the whole order, and add a complimentary item.
Being considered
- More status actions: refunds, a note or email to the customer, and cancelling an order.
- A diagnostics mode that logs timings, to make support questions quicker to answer.

Cases on your orders
- The ClickUp cases panel on every order: customer summary, cases grouped by category with filter chips, live status and assignee.
- Case form with category shortcuts, a remembered favourite list, a template switch, and pasted, dropped or browsed attachments.
- Link existing ClickUp tasks by link, ID or custom ID. Unlink without touching ClickUp.
- A Cases column on the orders list, and case history on customer profiles.
Categories and fields
- Categories with emoji, colour, lists, a default ClickUp template and drag to reorder.
- ClickUp custom fields filled from the order by name: email, phone with country code, customer name, order number, items, address, tracking, refund amount and reason, and more.
- Per-category presets: a default assignee and field values built from order details, with warnings where a preset overrides the order.
Back from ClickUp
- Live status updates through ClickUp webhooks, with an hourly refresh as a fallback.
- Private order notes when cases are opened, linked, unlinked or change status.
- Status actions (Pro, beta): moving a task to a status can create a free replacement order, or complete the order with the task's tracking number. Runs once per case, notes both orders and comments on the task.

- Background creation with retries and rate-limit handling. Failed cases can be retried.
- Connect ClickUp in one click, or use a personal token.
- Compatible with WooCommerce HPOS and legacy order storage.
